If I recall correctly, they were having trouble with the writer. The broad strokes were done, they just needed someone to fill it in. Last I heard, they were able to get someone more permanent.
However, I'll concede that the promised chapter 2 is still not out
I check every day to see if the project has been updated yet, the story just seems that good. Is progress slowed since you don't have a writer, or that your writer is just super busy?

I knew that, just asking if progress was slowed since their writer was super busy. They had mentioned releasing the first update as a one year anniversary thing or just soon in general, so I was just curious.
They are going make a new update, while *probably* releasing it within a 6 month range. They *probably* haven't released a specific date to not get our hopes up just in case something goes wrong and they have to postpone it further.
just curious, when in production do you plan to release your first content update? I know you’re sectioning the story into chapters so do you think you’ll release the first update once you finish chapter 2?
I'm like 90% sure they are completing the script for the entire or most of the game first, then working on adding the rest of the stuff for each chapter so it has a more reliable update schedule
exactly yes but we will uploading chapter 2 soon! It was supposed to be 1 year anniversary kinda thing but we realized that we need to add more sprite and there a few correction need to be made before releasing it
Everything is alright we still working on the script :D we supposed to release chapter 2 soon but since we see there a lot of potential of new sprite coming in we need to delay it just a bit more

Not gonna lie, it's pretty great! The character designs were quite unique compared to other visual novels. It created a sense of innocence that of a slice of life vibe until we got to the point of the plane crash.
The developer did a good job on in improving the visual novel so much as it became so unrecognizable to the previous build. The dialogue was more streamlined and detailed. The art style though was spectacular! It was beautiful and more original compared to the first demo.
Personal opinion, I would go for Terry. He may be distrustful at the start but hopefully as soon as the visual novel gets developed in the future, I'll get to know more about him. Sorry Kim but I need more fox boys like him in my life.

Oh I forgot to mention is this a linear vn or are there routes
Because from the looks of it we can't go on Owen or Lucy's route
From what I recall, there are supposed to be routes for each of the characters you have met.
The choice in the end of the demo either doesn't matter in the long run, or there's more choices to solidify the route

it might be, but even if it is there will be regular updates after that so we wont have to suffer for a couple years per update like we did now
